About Me
Infrastructure & Security Specialist with 2.5+ years running and securing hybrid environments, from AWS networks to regulated on-prem platforms. At GMV I build and operate Linux test environments on VMware vSphere and troubleshoot data transfers in cross-domain security products down to the packet level.
I'm now moving into DevOps and Cloud: completing a Master's in DevOps (UNIR) and working hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes. This site is self-hosted on a hardened VPS, containerised and shipped by a CI/CD pipeline I built. eJPT, ICCA and CompTIA Security+ certified.
What I'm Doing
Infrastructure Automation & IaC
Building Linux test environments on VMware vSphere and scripting the repetitive parts with PowerShell and Bash. In my own projects I take it further with Terraform and Ansible, so setups are reproducible from code.
Networking & Troubleshooting
Low-level network and protocol analysis in cross-domain security solutions. Root-cause analysis with Wireshark, from TCP/UDP to TLS.
Cloud & Connectivity
AWS environments and virtual networks, and multi-site connectivity across the country with a focus on reliable, low-latency links.
Security & PKI
Firewalls, segmentation and hardening. TLS troubleshooting and certificate lifecycle management with OpenSSL and Windows PKI.
AI in My Workflow
I use AI daily as a force multiplier — generating Terraform modules, reviewing playbooks, drafting documentation and accelerating debugging. But I treat AI as a fast junior teammate: critical thinking, security review and ownership stay with me. The combination is where the real productivity gain lives.
